Clean and professional work areas with the latest equipment Workers stay on tasks they are best at Lack of insubordination

Cons

From my experience I had a reasonable amount of say in how I decided to approach my work but would often have some of my ideas shut down if I could not get management to understand what I was trying to express. The beauty of it was that I had freedom to approach management higher up to get a second opinion to make things happen.
