Pros

Remote, opportunities for advancement, true open-door policy in that if you want to speak to the CEO/COO/CFO or VP just reach out on TEAMS and they will talk to you, but the flexible scheduling has to be the biggest pro. The IT guys are super nice unlike other experiences.

Cons

Insurance is not the greatest and day after Thanksgiving is not a given paid holiday. Communication could be better.

Offer continuous education Allows you to join certain benefits Keep you on your toes with continued audits Conducts monthly meetings Keep you in the loop on all company decisions Provides bonuses for productivity, new hire, and quality

Cons

Hard to reach supervisors after hours for part-time staff can sometimes slow the completion of work, but that's what comes with working part-time and time difference
