Pros

Fairly frequent "fun days" and other employee events. Non-management co-workers are good to work with.

Cons

Worst management team ever. Totally out of touch. Not one "people person" among them. Frequently talk down to employees.

Pros

I cant really find them, they fired me after 6 years work and moved my job overseas

Cons

This experience was horrible, it was a 6 years long nightmare between arrogant and ignorant management just interested to financial numbers that they do not understand at all, they ask you to sell any kind of rubbish forgiving that this is a swiss company, they are loosing market share year after year and there are no more new product since years as they shut-down the r&d for cost saving reasons since years, stay warmly away

Pros

Friendly and helpful coworkers and occasional company events. Unfortunately, that is the extent of the pros for this company- wish I had more to add.

Cons

Very low pay, verbally abusive managers/poor management, extremely heavy workload, no overtime allowed, unrealistic expectations, do not listen to your concerns, you will not be provided the necessary resources to do the job, management will watch you drown in an unbearable amount of work and not take responsibility for any of it.
