Work Hard, Play Harder but not at commensurate pay

Family atmosphere, in regional offices as well. Most people are supportive, interesting and very hard workers. Predominant philosophy is work hard, play harder.

Cons

Center of corporate universe is Montreal so if you are working in satellite office, you are marginalized. Poor communication inter- and intra-office. Pay is on the low side. U.S. benefits are mediocre with laughable 401K match.

Diverse teams with a lot of smart talent Annual gift baskets with wine Stock options are decent

Cons

Return to office mandates. There was a "mandatory fun" event which caused a COVID outbreak throughout the company. If you aren't based in Montreal, you will not have any office amenities.
