Pros
Decent Pay, they pay for lunch, and they pay for Kms which is nice.
Cons
Everything else. Management is horrible, and use scare tactic with all employees instead of providing correct training. If you dare to give an advice to the management about the approach on how to do something, you will not have a good time. I actually was told by other team members that I am better off not speaking to the management and just doing what I was told. The team environment is extremely toxic. Extremely high high!!! Turn over rate. Career advancement is non existent. Training is horrendous. Too much work, and no over time.
