Pros
Materials were on a moving trolley system, which made it easy to get industrial sized materials in and finished. Shop Foreman and owner had time to listen to and makes sure employees were doing / needing.
Cons
Other employees not showing up for scheduled shifts. Very cold weather in Kansas which made baking paint on materials difficult. Shift before mine didn't clean area or equipment before end of day and made it agrivating to have to do when iade sure it was done for their shift.

Pros
Great people to work with and management gets involved. Great pay for area.
Cons
Road to plant is terrible... I cant believe Ellis County hasn't paved it as much traffic is on it.
