The professional work environment is second to none. The quality of the culture is something that this industry strives for but rarely achieves. People who work here have a career, not a job.

Cons

It is a results based business, so sometimes good people don't make it. Sales is not for everyone and the really good ones make it look easy. It is not an easy job and it is not for everyone.

Cons

Overbearing management. Lots of favoritism and proving yourself is required. Extremely high pressure. Real income potential but you will forever be reminded you are no more than a number and disposable. Expect to be pushed to do things that are unethical. Expect to take on additional responsibilities without pay or position advancement. It is a petty, power hungry environment that rewards not ability and work ethic but how much you feed higher ups egos.
