      Cons

      silo thinking mentality, no long term vision of the management. Lack of responsibility in office based staff towards KAM's. Demotivating targets

      It's a very absorbing job for the good that it is, you would keep be working, and progressing all the time, because the Company take care of you and helps you very much, especially in training and achieving target, which are very ambitious
