Great team, amazing benefits, leadership is transparent they share where the company is financially, goals are measurable actionable and attainable, the team works really well together. I love what I do, I love my team, and I love this company!

Pros

The interview process was great, the flexibility is nice, the communication with leadership and my team members is open and smooth, the clear goals and KPIs established are nice. I've worked in franchising for 15 years and this is one of the best organizations I've worked for.

Cons

None right now, I'm really enjoying my time here.

Pros

Good people who focus on the mission statement of the company. I felt supported in my role by leadership. The supplier partners I worked with at two of the brands were wonderful to work with on a daily basis.

Cons

Sometimes the franchisees would be frustrated with strategies or costs of conventions, but in my opinion HFC listened and adjusted where they could. One other downside is revenues dipped and I was part of a mass layoff. HFC needed to layoff to make sure the head count matched the revenue.
