      Pros

      HomeServe is absolutely the place to work at if you prioritze working alongside great people! I have been here for over a year and since day one, it has been the best perk! The culture is great, and I truly do believe that we put people - both customers and employees - at the heart of everything we do!

      There is some aversion to change by some employees!
