Great place to learn and grow

Pros

Everyone contributes to the product. Fun company events and a cool workspace that is often used for filming tv shows and commercials. There is also really good health insurance and benefits.

Cons

As with most startups, good times flow when business is good. Layoffs are always on the back of your mind when you hear that a client has been lost. One thing I wish I'd have known was that they do not give Holiday bonuses here.

Pros

I'm a developer at Hopscotch. I like the work and management treats me like an adult. The pace is fast but fair. I can work from home sometimes, although too much raises eyebrows. The CEO and sales team are mad men. I like our office, it's cool and fun.

Cons

Sometimes we move too a little too fast...I think we need more horsepower on the product side, lots of us, too few of them

Pros

Fun place, nice office I feel like I am making an impact. I appreciate the company meetings where the CEO and management team clearly explain where my work fits in.

Cons

Company has grown quickly, I feel like the infrastructure is just catching up with all the recent hires and mass amounts of work.
