Better than nothing

Pros

Good technology to work. Somewhat of a free roaming job. It is a good started job to get some experience, but it is just a job and not a career.

Cons

Forget about a day off. You work 24/7, have to carry your equipment with you everywhere you go and stop whatever you're doing if you get a call. The pay is extremely low. Your area manager keeps track of your time off, and doesn't tell you what you have. If you're sick at home, you have to still work and use your pto. There are many other cons but these are the main ones.

Pros

Friendly peers, somewhat of a good work life balance, on site cafeteria and great location. other than that this company should be and has been reported to the EEOC on may occassions

Cons

Poor HR department, 3 bankruptcies in 4 years, no performance review, no increases or bonuses, no 401K. CEO is raciest and does not try to hid it, he walks around the office making comments that you should not even think in your head. Company keeps filing bankruptcy for financial gains, the supervisors in the field are over worked and completely under compensated.Corporate managers and VP's receive bonuses completely based on others work. They pretty much contribute nothing to the the bonus structure. Company does not promote from within and hires supervisors and managers who know nothing about the position and has to be trained by subordinates.

Pros

Easy job and communication with your immediate supervisor was good.

Cons

No advancement opportunities unless you kiss up. No way of getting a raise unless the property you work at okays it. It is an agency so you're limited to opportunity and pretty much replaceable
