Pros
The company has good funding and has a great experienced management team that knows how to spend that money wisely. Leadership is keenly aware of the A+ team they have, and acknowledge the work they're doing. Related, there is definitely an awareness of career growth opportunties that could exist which makes for a very engaged work environment.
Cons
Just the typical issues with every tech startup. Things are always changing and you have to keep up!
