It's staffed by motivated and driven individuals across every job function, which makes it both challenging and rewarding to work here. Husco also encourages the use of new technology to overcome historically unsolvable or difficult problems. There is no fear to try something if there is a calculated reason behind taking the risk.

Cons

Employees salaries don't change each year to reflect rising inflation, which is challenging. Yearly bonuses help, but tend not to make up for the increased cost of living over the last year.
