Almost no work structure, standard or ethic in the organization from top to bottom, Many management have very low communication skills and will shame your ideas, steal them, or if they turn out bad it will be your fault and that is if they ask you to participate, Otherwise they forget you in a corner and your left to yourself for WEEKS. QC is very minimal if even existent, Major defect in product on client side in multiple different product on the line. Health and safety is a real joke and they do not react on deadly work environment condition.
I have the impression that this place is hiring mostly new immigrant to limit the amount of complaint related to the work condition due to there new status.
