Pros

No nonsense small scale company. Care about the employees the best they can, in this inconsistent job market. No micro management but excellent balancing out. Definitely good place to start their career.

Cons

Low pay to start but offset with many other benefits.

Pros

Compared to many small / mid-size consulting companies, IIC is reasonable in terms of salary and procedures. If you are on H1 and look forward to a stable employer, I recommend IIC.
