The higher management and the employees are super supportive and friendly and make you feel valued in the company. They value the suggestions, opinions, and concerns of their employees and keep it strictly professional.

Cons

Working in a competitive recruiting firm sure does come with its baggage, and in ITTB we do have the same competitive edge and pressure of a workplace, but it's nothing to be concerned about. It's all based on your performance and if you do well you are well compensated.
