      Pros

      Excellent growth focused team. It is refreshing to work in a company with decisive leadership who has proven their ability to to succeed in every market. The team has taken on many large products during their growth period, and always comes together in a fun way to deliver on time to the customer. Work life balance was very good. The entire team including leadership is fun and committed to its people first. I would highly recommend Ice to anyone!
