Pros

Great ownership and leadership working towards the growth of the company. This company has experience a great amount of growth over the past 3 years and leadership has been more than willing to invest into the company(Machines/People). The Directors are intelligent and hard working, deserving of their position. This provides stability to the company.

Cons

Month end has the potential to be stressful due to all the work that needs to be done but keeps getting better.

Pros

Company specializes in transactional communication for the financial services, healthcare, government, and receivables management industries so there is a lot of knowledge collectively from the employees and leadership company wide. This business is extremely unique so the skillset you can acquire while working here can translate into employment opportunities in several industries should you want to make a career change. Very laid back work environment, plenty of vacation time, good dress code, ect,. Company is focused on innovating and developing its technology offerings so I think job security is a positive as well.

Cons

Company is primarily located in the northeast so unless you are working remotely as a developer or sales representative you have to deal with the weather!
