Cons

Amount of work/hours doesn't meet pay Occasionally disorganized management Staffing was disastrous, with a lot of pressure and work put on the few employees available, with little appreciation.

I really enjoyed my staff, pay was decent, 2 weeks paid vacation

Cons

Family owned and ran business, sold to their daughter and after changed hands I'm sad to say it went downhill. If you love being put second to family even though you out rank them this would be the job for you. Also very expressive in religion so if thats not for you i would move on. this was at the troy and quincy stores. overall i enjoyed the actual company itself just not these franchises
