Pros

Used to be a wonderful company to work for w good communication and benefits. Positive relationships

Cons

Dozens of mergers and acquisitions in just a few yrs turned this company into a mess from 1400 e'ees to almost 7000 in one merger. One of the companies was allowed to take over Operations and HR and it changed the culture to a dog eat dog world. Workloads went way up and morale went way down. No effort at gradual integration was made along the way so, the day to day communication and responsibilities turned into a dumpster fire. Tools were taken away and yet more was expected in terms of KPI's. It is no longer Brady.

Extreme Understaffing

Benefits are noteworthy; interview notes sound promising

Cons

The company seems to be pinching pennies which leads to understaffing which leads to extreme work schedules and expectations. I loved my job but I worked over all the holidays, family events, and evenings. I was so depressed and burned out at the end I could barely function. Clients are difficult and the pay doesn’t make up for the stress and struggle. Bonuses are a joke and raise requests are scoffed at.

If your union your some what safe

everyday is a challenge when you're dealing with management's you will never know when is your last days in the company there favorite word are (its not working out ) the company don't give you a reason why you're getting fired. discrimination is a plus in the company If customers only knew what the employees go through if you to much money your fired if your up in age your fired the company only hire lady's under 40 look at the customer service look at the account payable
