There were a lot of sweet people who genuinely care about the church and using their various talents to honor the Lord.
Cons
Leadership has workaholic tendencies, which resulted in unrealistic expectations in terms of deadlines. Congregational money was spent on frivolous things that really weren’t advancing the gospel. Some directors were frequently gossiping about and insulting other members of staff behind their backs.
