Great people, great mission, and challenging work

Pros

– Working with smart, talented, dedicated people – Doing work that is meaningful – Being challenged by the work and opportunities to learn – Flexing into different areas and projects – Unlimited PTO and market salary

Cons

– Trying to achieve aggressive goals with too few people – Too nice; people who aren't as good as their peers, or don't work as hard, are kept on too long

Pros

The mission has never changed, which I love. They allow a flexible work schedule and are really good about setting goals and expectations which I love personally. I feel intellectually challenged, like I have a career path, and my colleagues are all wonderful people.

Cons

There is a bit of seasonality to working here because of elections, which can make the work load every 2 years for a few months pretty intense. But I knew that going into it so I'm not too shocked.
