Hopefully you find yourself on a contract you enjoy. There are frequent opportunities to move contracts inside the company though.

Often are a subcontractor to a prime, so day to day is largely dictated by the needs of the customer and mentorship/training can be a challenge. Not really a bonus and stock-option kind of compensation package but this is well offset by generous leave, education benefits, health insurance, etc.
