Pros
A company based on keeping people happy through higher than average financial compensation and benefits. Small company.
Cons
The people walk around like zombies. They have cornered themselves into such a small area of DoD work. While GPS is very important and provide a lot of work, it is quickly being automated and will require less and less people as the years go on. They have banked on recruiting veterans with GPS operations experience and will soon discover there is only so much GPS work.

I can't say enough good things about Infinity. The people and benefits are great and the salary is fair. Oh, did I mention the great lengths they go to to take care of their people? Yeah, good luck finding a company that takes care of their employees better!
Cons
I honestly don't have any cons. Hands down best company I've worked for. Well, maybe one. For my position, there wasn't really any upward mobility which was a shame but I knew that going in so hard to count it as a con.

Great people, awesome benefits, cool industry and possible security clearance sponsorship.
Cons
Small company that doesn't always win contracts. If your contract ends or the company doesn't win the next phase the company has to place you on another or you could be laid off. Also, you will end up working out of the primes office instead of your own.
