Pros

Great atmosphere, clean, and team oriented. Ingram cares for the people that work here, and does there best to help grow a health team based facility. They see your hardworking and look forward to seeing you grow in the company.

Cons

Building that team mindset takes time and everyones help. Each shift has a team that is built overtime, which all runs differently. That means how one team runs will not be the same as others. New ideas are not always welcome. There risk in everything and not all change is bad.

Pros

The culture is great--I love working for the IngramSpark team where we're all collaborating and working together instead of against one another. Everyone is nice and friendly. Little drops from everyone fill the bucket! The benefits are great, with full healthcare, 401k, and more. I love the mental health benefits especially. The work is interesting. I love having conversations with publishers and helping them grow their sales and businesses. It's not too overwhelming, typically, and it's just books, so I can go home and take sick days and not worry about issues. It's fairly easy to be promoted--I've been promoted 4 times in 8 years,

Cons

Leadership can be overly demanding and expect you to know things you don't. Communication with other teams and department tends to be minimal because we're siloed. Promotional raises are usually smaller and not negotiable.

Ingram promotes a healthy work-life balance. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and climate-controlled, providing a comfortable work environment. Management is approachable and readily available to answer questions or provide guidance.

Cons

The insurance and benefits enrollment process is confusing.
