Company nurtures innovation, allows its associates opportunities to grow, usually recognizes and rewards hard work and merit.Good benefits. I was at Ingram Book Co, now Ingram Content

Long hours, demanding schedules, high expectations, often stressful environment and situations, political infighting among department managers and executives detracts from productivity
