      Türkiye'de çalışılabilecek en güzel insanların bulunduğu, gerçekten ne kadar katma değer katarsan fazlasıyla karşılığını alabildiğin(manevi, maddi olarak) bir yer. Özellikle işe alım kariyeri düşünenler bu kadar fazla sorumluluğu alabileceğiniz nadir yerlerden bir tanesi.

      Cons

      Gerçekten çok çalışıyoruz ve beklentiler her zaman yüksek. Hayatının bu döneminde olmayan birisi için doğru durak olmayacaktır.

      - Owning projects directly for co-founders and C-levels. - Taking initiatives and running your own projects for the regions. - Owning the main KRs of the quarters and the main project of the year for the organization. - Learning from everyone in the organization. - Great networking opportunities and external projects. - Working with many departments directly, offering a great chance to see the big picture.

      Cons

      - Time management and crystal-clear communication can be challenging at first, but that's a sign of growth. -If you're waiting for everything to be ready or only doing routine tasks, or if you expect someone else to take charge while you simply assist, this isn't the right place for you.
