      Pros

      Stable work environment, patient with BDR’s performance goals, nice management, great teammates, once you get the hang of it—easy to exceed goals, management does a great job of going out of there way to see their BDR’s succeed,

      Cons

      Lacks upward mobility and no path exists where BDR’s are promoted to AE roles—it’s really about who you know that allows a BDR to move into AE roles or higher paying roles
