- Open source experience - Hard working talented employees, none left though

- Directionless management. - CEO running amok with ideas that loose steam within weeks and fall off radar while poor engineers are chasing his dreams. - Most server engineering team has already left, so none to learn from. - None of the old folks even want to talk about their experience at Intalio - CFO spends time bantering in public, disrupting focus. - No product release in 2+ years - No focus on customers to keep them happy and grow the business If you really want to work hard, there are other places that will pay you as much or better and will respect you for the had work you put in.
