Pros
Flexible work hours, understanding supervisors and a pretty good work environment for healthy work-life balance. Great benefits, and the sheer number of hours off that helped me with taking care of my newborn daughter.
Cons
There are some unpleasant individuals and communication is poor between supervisors and those working in operation. There have been several situations where changes have been made that could affect the wellbeing of associates, however the associates were not made aware of this.

The team members were okay... Not too much to complain about coworkers but management is terriable whenever they're in the wrong they try to blame you even though it was partly their fault... I won't ever stay in a company were being harassed and gaslighted even though you were part of the problem .. it's all about blame games and not taking any accountability. When they want people to take accountability in this place so they can cover themselves for lawsuits they truly deserve.
Cons
This company is bad... Management doesn't do anything.. and have problems with leads very condescending people whenever you try to put in time to help they blame you for problems without explaining the issues . I wouldn't advice people not to work here it's not helping your mental state with all the frustration your going to deal with, I would of found a new job right a away and just work here as a temp but don't get sucked into a bad environment where it will affect your health by the end of the day.

Integer - New Ross is one of the few manufacturing companies in Ireland which has it's own machine shop facility. This lends itself to opportunities for fantastic experience in machine design and build. Lots of exposure to interesting projects and the opportunity to work with great people in a friendly and inclusive environment.

Could be more forthcoming with training opportunities.
