Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We take all reviews seriously and use them as feedback on what we are doing well and how we can improve. There are so many false statements in this review, it is difficult to reply to them all. We go out of our way to avoid any type of bias and have policies in place to train our employees in avoiding conscious and unconscious bias. Every resume we submit is accurate and truthful. We do not expect our employees to know Hindi. We do expect our employees to only communicate in English. We have actually reprimanded employees for speaking Hindi in front of customers and other non-Hind-speaking employees. Finally we do not severely underpay for the work required. Our compensation and benefits packages are better than the industry standard. Our managers and executive team care greatly about their jobs, their company, their employees, and their customers. We have a strong training program and expect every employee to take advantage of Jade University's soft skills training and technical training courses every year.
