Good luck finding the time to take your PTO. Every department I've worked with seems to be overworked and undercompensated. The diversity and inclusion in the company only seems like a façade. As a female, I feel like I receive less opportunities for growth, and I watch my male counterparts receive promotions with less experience. We received communication that the male to female pay ratio reported was unfair and lower than the standard, and then they went on to hire one female at the top in order to balance our scale, rather than paying all females equally. I received a glowing end of year performance review, and asked why I wasn't receiving a promotion, and they told me it was because I didn't ask for it enough. When I started asking for it, my performance reviews started getting more nitpicky and constructive criticism turned into attacking my character and my work. We have one on ones with our manager every other week. They don't feel productive.

Leadership (CEO et al) essentially abandoned Denver for London after the merger. Still suffering fallout and high turnover. No clear career path, zero management accountability and very few opportunities for advancement. Comms dept has been a disaster. No direction, everyone out for themselves type culture. Very cliquey. The industry as a whole is suffering. Always check out a company's latest earnings report and share price performance before taking a job. Says it all. Don't trust positive reviews on here...most likely HR boosting...
