- High Value Projects - Company executives value data and trust our team - Solid database, so didn't have to clean data as much - Good work-life balance

Cons

- Company is older, so we have some older systems and take longer to execute - Team is about 5 years old, so still lacking some key ML infrastructure

Pros

It's usually easy to find something to complain about, but I find it difficult to do with JTV. 5 stars in every aspect of the company. Great pay, great people, great worth ethics.

Cons

Not a complaint, but working a rotating schedule can be both tricky and rewarding.
