Very poor on-boarding guide. No training give. Poor support from management

Pros

People are nice, but seriously overworked. A lot of diversity amongst the staff. Nice location in the Denver Tech Center

Cons

No training given upon hire. Poor support from management. Expectations not defined. High turn over in all departments. People are too busy to even eat lunch away from their desk.

Pros

Great place to work, no doubts there. Well enough benefits, great salaries, competitive. Well organized considering size. All around is currently a great place to be.

Cons

Outsourcing. Lots and lots of outsourcing, becoming the norm for development and internal efforts. Seen this at other firms and it either goes well, or fails horribly. Seems to be leaning toward the later with upper level applause, which in my experience is a good sign of bad things for employees and a big paycheck for the top level. Unstable.

Pros

Company is always taking into consideration the individuals career and functional needs. Always providing a challenging working environment tailoring to each individuals needs. Everyone is supportive and helpful. The company truly cares about each individual. Plenty of opportunity to expand and grow career. Lastly the knowledge learned applies not only to Microsoft Dynamics but can be used for a wide variety of careers.

Cons

Considerable amount of travel. A lot of the work can be remote so sometimes that connection with coworkers in an office setting is lacking.
