Pros

There is so much room for career growth and so many hands on learning and development opportunities throughout the organization. E-commerce is such a new industry, we are all learning vassals as we navigate the marketplace. Juvo+ has taken the lead as a 3PSeller and it is truly a joy to be apart of the team.

Cons

Increase cross departmental communications. Being new to the remote environment, it would be beneficial to all employees if we communicated more frequently.

Pros

The environment is welcoming, there is flexibility and growth potential. There are lots of changes there are within many organizations right now. Still, I feel the company does an excellent job of staying current with the industry and current events to ensure we align our business needs accordingly. One thing, in particular, is the appreciation for learning here. Our entire team is going through a certification program together. I love this!

Cons

It's not perfect, but I appreciate the effort to ensure employees have a positive work experience.
