Kannact is made up of an awesome team that genuinely wants the company to succeed. The team wants to provide patients with the tools they need to achieve positive lifestyle change. Working at a growing start up provides great opportunities for career growth if you are motivated and driven. Management is supportive and of the idea that we learn together. I've learned much more at this company that I would have at any corporate job. The benefits are great (awesome health insurance, 401k benefits, and PTO).

Very positive work environment. When I first started all of my coworkers are very helpful in training and continue to help each other. We throw office parties almost once a month. Working hours are flexible some times when I have finished all of my work for the day I get to go home early. After 90 days we start getting one work from home day a week.
