The "Sunday Scaries" aren't real when you work at a great company

Kansas Asphalt is a great company to work for that truly makes you feel like family. I always receive respect, trust, and care from this company and trust me when I say the drama is officially gone - it left when the problem employees causing it left. Kansas Asphalt always has room for growth and opportunity available for its employees, and I feel my career has progressed greatly since being here. Hard work never goes unnoticed in this company, do good and you will get rewarded. The pay is great and the company morale makes the Sunday scaries non-existent. I love the fact that I wake up every morning ready to head into work and when I leave, I go home without stress or dread. The work to life balance here truly cannot be beat either.

I have no cons, I love everything about my job and this company. Don't let the negativity of other's influence your opinion of something great, every place has a few bad seeds.
