Pros

To move up within the company, it's mostly based on performance and attendance. You don't have to stay in any one position for a very long time to be considered for a promotion.

Cons

A lot of favoritism comes into play when trying to move up within the company. The LDP team hardly received any recognition for their hard work considering we would train those going into leadership positions (ex: team lead, supervisor, site manager). The pay was very minimal for the amount of work needing to be done. The company as a whole was recognized for the outstanding work that was being done, however the actual employees who put in the work weren't the ones reaping the benefits. Upper management was getting most of the raises and compensation even though they were hardly around to ask for help. Employees would receive write ups without having a conversation about it from their manager practically being blindsided, but they had to acknowledge the write up regardless.
