Pros

Company is developing innovative products, so the technical environment is challenging and stimulating. Customer services projects are also unique and exciting. Management empowers employees and is very fair with employees, suppliers and customers.

Cons

Company is small. If you want an empowering position working with innovative technology, this is the place. If you want the ability to climb a corporate ladder in a large corporation, this is not the place for you. Company has a very flat management structure.
