Flexible hours and good guidance

This team is full of some of the most intelligent & thoughtful people I have ever met. There are not many companies that are as focused on their mission as Kernel is. When I first joined I was struck by how seamlessly and independently each person operated in their role - from the office supplies to the neuroscience operations - each process is meticulously considered to make sure everything runs smoothly. Fortunately I have also had a great experience working with my supervisor who has repeatedly encouraged me to grow. I am someone who likes to learn and my efforts to take on new projects have been welcomed & encouraged. I am grateful as I look into the future. Overall a 10/10 experience and would recommend.
