Depending on position, may work some weekends Management is great, I just think sometimes there's a barrier in communication or misunderstanding of what is possible and what is not within a set amount of time, especially when one is not given the time to adapt to new expectations. These expectations should be introduced more gradually and realistically. At the same time, it's easy to be harsh on leadership in any company, but they really are doing a good job here overall considering all that they have to handle.
