      Pros

      great work-life balance. less presurre from managers. inter-team collab is great. Management is approachable. Being a product -based org, you can work at your own pace.Hike is industry standard.

      Cons

      Managers will tell you that new projects will start but it takes hell lot of time. Since work is less, you might feel sometimes that you are forgetting the technical things.
