Pros
Great coworkers on my team. Good work/life balance. Slightly flexible schedule (9-3 is basically required, but your other 2 working hours can be whenever). Great team manager that listens and helps when problems arise.
Cons
Recently acquired by Equifax, resulting in numerous changes Almost all changes have made work much more difficult Company wide meetings feel like buzz word salad. Commonly reminded that everyone else is doing this stuff too (like returning to office), and implying that because our company isn't "as bad", we should shut up and be happy. 2 years after the acquisition, a few major things still haven't been sorted out.
