Never look for pros bcoz it's negligible.

Cons

1. H1B visa initiation bond for 2 years or 2 Lakhs 2. Onsite travel bond - If employee resign in onsite, he has to pay bond of Rs.7Lakhs to get his F&F settlement. 3. HR will not bother your issues. they create more troubles if you write a concern. 4. Salaries are very low compared to market. 5. No peace, cheap politics and low hikes for year-end appraisal. 6. Profits will be used for acquiring new companies.

Pros

Job security They have a lot of clients so job placement is easy for them in the US. If one project ends they can quickly find you another. L&T has a good name thus the clients but this tech services branch is a joke. If you have no other option, it's great to start - but switch asap - I delayed it too much.

Cons

Terrible salary! For two years they paid me one-third salary that they were billing to the client. Very slow response by management. Takes days for them to get anything done. No support from senior management. They actually descouraged me to work this much so they could hire another person thus more billing. Probably the most stressful two years of my life.
