Some of the most talented people I will ever know proving that great solutions attract talented people. I was sold on the first demo and I was not wrong. The teams work together (Product/Service/Support) like a finely tuned machine.

Cons

No downsides except perhaps the market is limited to a swath of corporations that have the need for heavy duty (enterprise tier) data processing tools. LANSA software scales infinitely. Having this niche focus has served LANSA well so it is not really a "Con"
