Pros

I don't have any pros to mention for working here at all! Worst place I ever worked.

Cons

Horrible company! Mark and his wife Kristy run this business. They are very unprofessional, they fight with each other at the office in front of their employees. Mark has a fake perosnality, Kristy is verbally abusive. In additon things said to HR privately don't stay private. They have no respect for their employees at all.

Pros

The employees are great, the retirement match was ok, benefits were marginal overall . The location is wonderful and always enjoyed the sunrise from the office window.

Cons

The "president" of LKD just so happens to be the wife of the "president" and CEO of gladiator technologies - they share the same building and there is constant contradiction of orders, she is verbally degrading, manipulative and hostile. Beware - high turnover!
