The work environment became downright unhealthy due to the patronizing attitude from upper management, especially the CEO. Decisions were made in a tactless manner, with little regard for employees who actually had the insight to help improve processes. There was a constant feeling of being belittled, as if input wasn't valuable, and this kind of arrogance trickled down through the company. It was demoralizing to be in meetings where suggestions were either brushed off or mocked. That kind of behavior just drained morale and motivation entirely.

This is the worst company one can get in. The trainers are awful. The management is bad. HR hardly comes to office, they play with people’s life, their time and their career. Job security is pathetic. People are very condescending. Work environment is heavily toxic. There is no scope for growth there are no projects all and all this is a terrible company. They will make you sit for demos which is just their initial antics , then they will lay you off with a reason that you had performed well in the demo when it is just trying to do some cost cutting. They don’t have any clients, useless redundant company.
