Absolutely no training (even for Supplement Managers and Store Managers). You'll have that "fly by the seat of your pants" feeling on a daily basis. Constantly a "fire" to put out, a day does not go by without some sort of fiasco. Most "Regional" personnel does not know what they are doing. Actually, nobody seems to know what they are doing. Obvious division between "Regional" management and the employees that are working on the store level. Very high expectations, for next to minimum wage. Zero communication. No employee appreciation. The company is very cheap, it's very hard to get the tools you need. Embarrassing IT issues on a daily basis.

Terrible management that doesn't try and help the stores only criticizes them. Upper management is run terribly so that it kind of creates a domino effect that causes internal issues when working at the stores. There almost seems to be no set of rules on what to do. No one ever trains you if you get a promotion, you just kind of have to wing it and get criticized by other employees. When it comes to internal store issues lots of drama and the managers on duty will most definitely be apart of that. No professionalism.
