Leia has an incredibly cool display and software technology. The company has an opportunity to become a de facto provider of 3D displays for all sorts of future devices. But what is even more interesting is that Leia has a plethora of good software solutions which together with the hardware forms a complete ecosystem. All the components have room for growth, which means exciting news for the hardware, the machine vision and software teams. Leia has a distributed team worldwide, and collaboration remotely is the norm. Great culture and fantastic team members are working together to make the magic happen. For those in the office, they have nice perks available. Management team is great. Lots of openness to ideas coming from anyone. There’s a palpable feeling in the air that everyone is aware that what we have in our hands is very special.

I have been really enjoying my time at Leia so far. The team I'm in has been very encouraging and understanding. They definitely value and foster my professional growth, which I highly appreciate since I was new to the industry. Over the months, they have been delegating me more responsibilities while ensuring I have all the resources I need. Overall, I am very satisfied with the working environment (+ free lunches!)
